Piotr advises Polish and international clients on matters concerning the protection and infringement of trademarks, patents, and industrial designs, as well as issues related to combating unfair competition. He specializes in customs protection and combating counterfeits. He actively works to protect clients’ industrial property rights through law enforcement agencies, the Customs Service, courts, and other entities.
Piotr graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at Jagiellonian University. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. He works in Polish and English.
