Karolina at Patpol Legal handles matters related to the protection and infringement of trademarks, industrial designs, and patents, as well as issues concerning unfair competition. Her areas of expertise also include domain name disputes and copyright-related cases.
She gained professional experience already during her studies, working in law firms and at the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw.
Since 2025, she has served as an Editor at Młoda Palestra, a legal journal for trainee attorneys. Her academic interests focus on fashion law and issues related to e‑commerce.
She graduated with distinction from the SWPS University School of Law. During her studies, she was actively involved in student initiatives, serving, among others, as Secretary of the Animal Rights Scientific Association, participating in the Student Legal Clinic (labor law section), and co‑organizing webinars and academic conferences across various fields of law.
Since 2025, she has been a trainee advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association.
She is the author of numerous articles on criminal law and intellectual property law.
