He also has rich, long-standing experience in transactional practice, including legal services for all types of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and investments. He has handled transactions in many sectors of the economy, including industry, energy, and the real estate market.
His experience also includes administrative law practice, particularly in serving entrepreneurs operating in regulated sectors of the economy. He supports clients in regulated industries, such as special trading, energy, environmental protection, transportation, and entities supervised in the financial market.
He has experience in advising on contracts related to IT projects and supporting the IT sector.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
He has experience working in central state administration and in the banking sector. From 1997 to 2012, he worked at the law firm Baker & McKenzie, from 2008 as a partner in the mergers and acquisitions group. Subsequently, he developed his legal practice within the partnership company CC Legal.
