In her practice, she specializes in legal services for commercial law companies as well as in conducting merger and acquisition transactions in various sectors of the economy, both on the side of sellers and buyers. She has led and coordinated many processes aimed at creating joint investments within Polish and foreign commercial law companies, their development, and the acquisition of investors. She has extensive experience in comprehensive legal services for transactions involving equity investors (private equity funds, venture capital) as well as industry investors. She has advised on many projects regarding investments in ventures in various sectors of the economy combined with restructuring preceding the transaction.
She also specializes in the current service of commercial law companies and in labor law issues.
Dominika Chabowska’s experience also includes numerous transactions involving real estate investments, including advising developer companies on investments in world-class commercial buildings, using external financing, or in cooperation with financial investors.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
From September 2002 to June 2012, she worked at the Baker & McKenzie law firm. Subsequently, she developed her own practice in M&A transactions, Venture Capital, and Private Equity within the partnership company CC Legal.
