She provides advice to commercial law companies at every stage of their operations. She has experience in comprehensive legal service of transformational processes of commercial law companies (mergers, divisions, and transformations), conducting due diligence investigations, and preparing transactional documentation. In her practice, she also deals with advising on labor law, obligations law, and legal advice for associations and foundations.
She is a graduate in law from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration, and in journalism and social communication from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Lublin. She also completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law organized by the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and the American Law course organized by the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.
Since 2019, she has been a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
She works in Polish and English.
