Alicja Rytel is an attorney at Patpol Legal. She conducts cases in the field of infringements of intellectual property rights and unfair competition, as well as in the field of commercial law and copyright law. As part of her professional activity she also conducts court and administrative cases on behalf of clients.

Alicja gained her professional experience working in law firms dealing with matters related to intellectual property. She also worked as an internal lawyer in one of the largest Polish publishing houses, where she led the legal department and dealt with all legal issues of the company, including copyright issues.

Alicja Rytel is a law graduate at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the faculty of Polish Studies in comparative studies at the same university. She is an Erasmus scholarship holder at the Ludwig-Maximilias Universitat in Munich.
