Agata Witkowska is a legal counsel specializing in copyrights, industrial property and personal data protection.

In Patpol Legal she is responsible for intellectual property proceedings and also provides comprehensive legal services to business entities.

She gained professional experience in law firms specializing in matters related to intellectual property. She also dealt with issues related to copyright in one of the largest television stations operating on the Polish market.

She graduated of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences at the University of Warsaw. She also graduated of Postgraduate Intellectual Property Studies at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Commercial Companies Law, also at the University of Warsaw.

Scholarship holder of Erasmus and CEEPUS programs.
