In the latest IAM Patent1000 ranking, Dariusz Piróg Managing Partner and Advocate at Patpol Legal, was recommended in the litigation category.

Dariusz Piróg is the leading lawyer in the proceedings concerning computer implemented inventions pending before the Polish administration courts and is one of the members of a team advising on the case related to the scope of Bolar Exemption clause in Polish law.

He handles matters concerning infringement of patents, trademarks and designs, as well as copyright infringement and unfair competition matters. He represents his clients both before civil and criminal courts as well as law enforcement and customs authorities.
