Dominika Fallach is a third-year trainee attorney who supports both Polish and international clients in matters related to the protection of industrial property rights, mainly trademarks and industrial designs, as well as combating unfair competition and copyright law.
At Patpol Legal, she is also involved in proceedings aimed at protecting clients’ intellectual property rights on the Internet, such as domain disputes.
Dominika graduated in law from Kozminski University and completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law organized by the University of Warsaw.
She is also an Erasmus program scholar at the University of Vaasa in Finland and completed a summer school in intellectual property law organized by the IPR University Center in Helsinki, Finland.
